Publications fees

The Brazilian Journal of Physical Activity & Health is non-profit and is primarily funded by the Brazilian Society of Physical Activity & Health. For approved manuscripts, a fee is charged to partially cover publication costs. The publication fee is:

• R$ 400.00 (four hundred Brazilian reais) for articles submitted to themed editions;
• R$ 600.00 (six hundred Brazilian reais) for articles submitted to the continuous flow.

Payment should be made after the manuscript is approved, as communicated by the Brazilian Journal of Physical Activity & Health's secretariat. 

Articles submitted in Portuguese or Spanish, upon acceptance, must be translated into English. Authors can either contact professionals recommended by the Brazilian Journal of Physical Activity & Health or arrange translation with professionals of their choice, providing a certificate issued by the translator.
