Diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA)

            The Brazilian Journal of Physical Activity & Health follows the principles of DEIA, aiming to contribute to promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility in the production and dissemination of scientific knowledge in Brazil. To achieve this, it fosters diversity within its editorial team, authors, and article reviewers, encompassing perspectives and experiences in publications, geographic, cultural, and gender diversity. Furthermore, the journal strives for fairness and transparency in its editorial process, providing equal opportunities for all researchers to submit their work. The Brazilian Journal of Physical Activity & Health encourages the participation of diverse research groups studying a wide range of populations.
