RBAFS Participates in the International Congress of University Journals

The Brazilian Journal of Physical Activity and Health (RBAFS) was represented at the International Congress of University Journals – Argentina Edition, held from October 6 to 9, 2026, in the province of Córdoba, Argentina. The event was conducted in a hybrid format, enabling both in-person and online participation by representatives from different countries.

Professor Átila Alexandre Trapé participated as an online speaker in the session “Vinculación de redes académicas internacionales y revistas científicas en América Latina” (Connecting International Academic Networks and Scientific Journals in Latin America), which addressed collaboration between international academic networks and Latin American scientific journals.

Organized by the Provincial University of Córdoba through its Secretariat of Science, Art and Technology, the congress brought together initiatives aimed at strengthening scholarly communication and fostering collaboration among university journals.

RBAFS’s participation in this international event helps expand connections with other scientific publications, foster partnerships, and strengthen scholarly communication in Latin America, in line with the journal’s commitment to disseminating knowledge in physical activity and health.
