Prof. Átila Alexandre Trapé, one of the Editors-in-Chief of RBAFS, participates as a speaker in the Convención Internacional de Organismos de Investigación y Académicos de América Latina y el Caribe, promoted by REOALCEI – Red Académica Internacional Estudios Multidisciplinarios en América Latina, el Caribe y la Región Ibérica, from June 23 to 25, 2026, in Mazatlán, Mexico.

The event, which will be held in a hybrid format, with the virtual participation of Prof. Átila, represents an important space for scientific integration and collaboration, bringing together different actors from the academic community to strengthen research networks, expand institutional partnerships, and promote the internationalization of knowledge.

By connecting universities, research centers, scientific networks, and academic publishers from Latin America and the Caribbean, the initiative promotes the exchange of experiences, the development of new partnerships, and the creation of strategies to improve scientific production, communication, and dissemination in the region.

The activities reinforce the commitment to scientific communication, the strengthening of international cooperation, and the sharing of academic experiences among institutions from Latin America and the Caribbean, also highlighting the contribution of RBAFS in promoting and disseminating scientific knowledge in the field of physical activity and health.
